+ All appointments are booked online using the Square Booking Site.
+ All appointments are made by appointment only.
+ All personal information collected for the online booking is entirely confidential and will only be used for booking purposes. Your information is not shared with any
third - parties.
+ A reminder text and/or email will be sent out to you 24 hours prior to your appointment.
+ All services over $100 require a 40% deposit to hold your appointment.
CANCELLATIONs + LATE POLICY
+ As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
+ Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Late arrivals past 15 minutes, when possible, will be offered the next available appointment time.
+ If you are going to be late, or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances please contact Daniela as soon as possible to avoid any no show fees.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
+ Please remember and respect your appointment time.
+ If you are a "no show" you will be required to pay 50% of the missed service(s) and must pay the next appointment in full to be able to rebook.
